§1. General Provisions
These Regulations set out the rules for renting premises in the building at ul. Jaworzyńska 8, unit 7, Warsaw, hereinafter the “Studio.”
The owner and administrator of the photo studio is AMIX Maryia Maroz, NIP: 5223325842, hereinafter the “Lessor.”
Individuals or business entities using the studio rental are referred to as the “Lessee(s).”
The Lessor provides rental of the Studio together with studio equipment, including flash lighting, continuous light sources, light modifiers, photographic backdrops, accessories for sessions, and interior styling elements. The primary purpose of the Studio is to conduct photo sessions and record video materials. Additionally, the Studio may be rented for cultural events, workshops, culinary events, or other meetings by prior arrangement with the Studio administration.
By using the Lessor’s services, the Lessee accepts these Regulations and undertakes to comply with all provisions and rules, as well as with ethical standards and public morals. The Lessor may refuse to rent the Studio if these Regulations are not observed, without stating a reason, either before the start of the rental or during it.
Anything not expressly specified in these Regulations requires the prior consent or approval of the administrator.
§2. Booking the Studio
Booking process and prices
A booking can be made:
● by phone: +48 783 198 878
● by email: filmistr.pl@gmail.com
● by contacting the Studio administration via the Studio’s social media;
● via the online booking form at filmistr.pl
A booking is considered confirmed when the Lessee receives an email or SMS specifying the rental conditions.
Payment for the studio rental must be made in full before starting to use the studio.
The fee is not reduced in the event of the Lessee’s lateness or early termination of studio use.
Studio rental prices are calculated according to the price list published at filmistr.pl.
If a night rate is booked (after 21:00), the night portion is treated as a separate order, even if daytime hours are also booked.
§3. Rules for Using the Studio
General rules
Entry to studio rooms is permitted only in changeable (indoor) footwear. You may bring your own or use slippers provided by the administrator. Before the session, ensure every participant has been informed about the footwear requirement.

Shooting with animals is by prior arrangement with the administration.
The use of any special effects (smoke, liquids, soap bubbles, confetti, sparks, etc.) in the Studio must be agreed with the administration. If not agreed, the costs of any intervention by the fire brigade or medical services are borne by the Lessee or the person who made the booking.
The Lessee undertakes to cover the cost of any damage caused by the Lessee or third parties present in the studio during the rental (models, make-up artists, assistants, etc.), according to the extent of the damage, without prejudice to further claims.
For nude/act sessions, all participants must have documents confirming they are of legal age.
The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the rental if the activities conducted involve content prohibited under Polish law.

Filming pornographic products and other content prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Poland is forbidden.
Use of a smoke machine must end 15 minutes before the end of the rental.
Time rules
The Lessor undertakes to provide, and the Lessee undertakes to use, the Studio strictly during the reserved time.
The Lessee must arrive at the Studio punctually at the time specified in the booking. Access to the Studio before the reserved time is not guaranteed.
The start of the rental time is the time indicated in the booking, not the moment you actually begin using the Studio.
The end of the rental is considered to be the moment when the client asks the administrator to open the next room/hall, not the actual moment of finishing use.
Five minutes before the end of the rental, a staff member begins preparing the room for the next session. If significant decor changes were made, the staff member may start cleaning up to 10 minutes before the end time. During cleaning, all participants must leave the room.
(One hour of rental is considered to be 55 minutes of real time! After this time elapses, all participants in the photo session must leave the Studio.
After the shoot, all participants must leave the studio 5 minutes before the end of the reserved time. By accepting the contract terms, the studio user tidies the studio and remains there until the administrator completes the inspection. Photography ends 5 minutes before the end of the reservation if no major interior changes were made and cleaning is not required (in which case the time may be extended).)
Preparing, setting up, and connecting lighting equipment is included in the booking time. Setting up and changing backdrops is also included in the booking time.
If, after the reserved time ends, the room is still available, the Lessee may extend the rental by notifying the administrator. The extension is billed according to the standard price list.
Equipment and furnishings
A full list of equipment included in the rental price of each room is available on filmistr.pl on that room’s page.
A list of additional equipment not included in the room rental price is available on filmistr.pl under “Add-ons.”
The availability of items from the “Add-ons” list is guaranteed only if arranged with the administration or selected as additional services during online booking.
All props must be returned to their original locations at the end of the rental.
Changing backdrops and flash heads is performed exclusively by the administrator. Self-replacement is prohibited.
The Lessor undertakes to provide equipment in good working order. Any faults must be reported immediately.
Studio equipment may be operated only by persons with appropriate technical knowledge and skills. In the absence of such qualifications, the Lessor may refuse to issue/allow use of the studio equipment.
The Lessee undertakes to use the equipment as intended, follow safety rules, and ensure that the equipment is not damaged by the Lessee or third parties (models, make-up artists, assistants, etc.).
Lighting and other equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. The Lessee covers the costs of any damage caused by the Lessee or third parties.
The Lessor is not liable for damage suffered by the Lessee or their collaborators related to the use of the rented equipment, nor for the consequences of accidents involving persons taking part in work in the Studio.
The set of furniture available during rental changes periodically; therefore, the items shown on the website or social media may be out of date. If you need a specific item, please check its availability with the administration before booking.
Cyclorama
Make-up room
The Lessee may use the make-up room during the booked hours.
Providing the make-up room beyond the time indicated in the order (including additional services) is not guaranteed and must be agreed with the administration.
Liability and penalties
If the Lessee is a group, every participant must comply with the Regulations, and the person who made the booking is deemed responsible for any violations by the entire group.
The Studio is not responsible for items left/forgotten in the room or in the Studio.
For damage to equipment, accessories, interiors, or any other Studio property, the Lessee bears full responsibility and reimburses losses at the market value of the damaged items.
For damage to a lighting fixture without visible external damage, a 30.00 PLN penalty applies.
Paper backdrops are changed only by the administrator. Backdrops are consumables. A fee of 40.00 PLN per linear meter is charged for their damage or soiling. Using backdrops is free if they are not rolled out on the floor. If they must be rolled out on the floor and objects/models placed on them, the fee is 40.00 PLN per linear meter of backdrop used.
After the rental, the Studio must be left in the same condition as before it. If cleanliness/order significantly deviates from the initial state, a cleaning fee of 30.00–100.00 PLN is charged depending on the level of disorder/soiling. In such cases, the Lessee must leave the Studio 10 minutes before the rental end time.
These Regulations are effective from September 2025.
The Lessor reserves the right to amend these Regulations.
