FILMISTR STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using Filmistr Studio, located at:
ul. Żytnia 64 / U15, 01-189 Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”).

The owner and administrator of the Studio is:
AMIX ALIAKSANDR MAROZ, NIP: 5273015664 (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”).

Individuals or entities using the Studio are hereinafter referred to as “Clients”.

By using the Studio services, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Lessor reserves the right to refuse service in case of violation of these Terms or for organizational or safety reasons.

§2. Booking and Payments

Bookings can be made:

• through social media
• via the booking form on filmistr.pl

A booking is considered confirmed once the Client receives confirmation from the administrator (SMS, email, or message).

Full payment must be made before the start of the booking.

Rental prices are based on the current price list available on the website.

Late arrival does not extend the booking time or reduce the cost.

The minimum booking time is 1 hour.

The Studio operates by prior booking only, 24/7.

§3. Studio Usage Rules

General Rules

• Entry to the Studio is allowed only with indoor/changeable shoes
• The following are strictly prohibited:
  
  • smoking
  • being under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • use of hazardous, flammable, or toxic substances
  • use of confetti, glitter, or similar materials
  • attaching items to walls without permission
  • damaging furniture or equipment
• Food and beverages are allowed only with prior approval
• Shoots involving animals require prior approval
• Use of special effects (smoke, liquids, etc.) requires prior approval

The Client is fully responsible for all persons present in the Studio during the booking.

§4. Rental Time

The Studio may be used only during the reserved time.

1 hour of rental includes:

• 55 minutes of Studio use
• 5 minutes of technical time for preparation for the next booking

The Client must vacate the Studio before the end of the booking time.

Preparation, setup, and cleanup are included within the booked time.

Extensions are possible only with administrator approval and subject to availability.

§5. Equipment and Property

The Lessor provides functional and maintained equipment.

The Client agrees to:

• use equipment properly and as intended
• follow safety rules
• return all items in their original condition

In case of damage, the Client is responsible for covering repair or replacement costs.

The Lessor is not responsible for:

• personal belongings of the Client
• damages resulting from improper use of equipment

§6. Restrictions and Safety

The Studio is monitored by video surveillance for security purposes.

The Lessor does not guarantee complete silence during recordings.

Any content that violates Polish law is strictly prohibited.

Shoots involving nudity are allowed only if all participants can provide proof of legal age.

§7. Liability

The Client is fully responsible for:

• the behavior of all participants
• any damage caused
• compliance with these Terms

In case of violations, the Lessor reserves the right to:

• terminate the booking
• refuse future service

§8. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Rescheduling:

• possible with at least 24 hours’ notice
• same-day requests allow only time changes within the same day

Cancellation:

• at least 48 hours in advance (weekdays)
• at least 72 hours in advance (weekends and public holidays)

If deadlines are met — 100% refund applies.

Otherwise, the payment is non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

§9. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted:

• via email
• via the website contact form

The Client must provide:

• name or company name
• contact details
• reason for complaint
• proof of payment

Complaints are reviewed within 7 business days.

§10. Payments

Online payments are processed via Przelewy24, operated by PayPro S.A.

Available payment methods:

• BLIK
• instant bank transfers
• payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

§11. Privacy Policy

The data controller is:
AMIX ALIAKSANDR MAROZ, NIP: 5273015664

Personal data is processed:

• to provide services
• to manage bookings
• in accordance with GDPR regulations

Users have the right to:

• access their data
• correct data
• request deletion
• restrict processing
• file a complaint with the supervisory authority (PUODO)

§12. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the website.

The Lessor reserves the right to amend these Terms.

By making a booking, the Client agrees to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
